It's Your Round
Got a couple of quid on Villa to win, Wesley to score, both teams to score and Shelvey to be carded. 22/1 = easy money!

Yeah they used to absolutely destroy us, especially at Griffin Park.

Heaton starts. Konsa keeps his place. Wait hold up, how did you know this 23 minutes ago
kiltorken
Can understand Hourihane coming in for marvelous knowing how Newcastle will probably set up. Bit surprised el Ghazi is stating ahead of Trez though, thought he's looked good in the last few games.

He's the better pick for home games as well while Trezeguet is better for tricky away games.

Vive_La_Villa
I reckon Nakamba rested because of 90 minutes in 2 qualifiers. Otherwise he one of those players that should always start. edit: looks like they were two important games too. M_Afro
No Nakamba is very worrying. He is our only physical presence in the centre of the park. They could well dominate that area without him!

BleedClaretAndBlue
Like that side a lot. Be good for Tyrone & Konsa to build up a partnership and understanding with a few consecutive games together. 3 good center halves who know each others game will benefit us as the season progresses. Injuries at the back are always inevitable. Jack and SJM have good games- we win. 2-1 Villa I reckon.

Popular Post DaveAV1
Brucie has probably got a plan for dealing with Snodgrass and Abraham. 1

Full blooded, charging at them, dander up, marvellous, smell of the grass, jumpers for goal posts, isn't it, hmmm? marvellous. 1

KenjiOgiwara
Crazy not to start Marv. He must be carrying a knock.
VillaFaninLondon
Interesting team. Not sure on dropping Nakamba as he is a proper DM (unlike Luiz) but we should have a lot of the ball to create enough chances. Konsa was very solid against Wolves. Great to have Jack and Heaton back. Hopefully we can get the three points. UTV

He withdrew from the Wales squad last week for personal reasons, so perhaps he still not mentally right for football at present? At present? Well, I suppose every current second is "the present" and is perpetual and was when it was the present in the past. So yeah, at present.
