KenjiOgiwara
I am so incredibly impressed by Sheffield. I never in a million years saw this happening in August
Tomaszk
Finely balanced atm. Norwich well in it at Blades. Newcastle should win but I expect would take a point. West Ham getting chances at Arsenal. Wolves not bothered v Brighton.
Vive_La_Villa
Not too bad if results stay as currently are.

We’ll have a game in hand the weekend we were meant to play Newcastle as well. Its still in our own hands. useless
Brighton and West Ham getting a point away to Wolves and Arsenal won't be good, if we were away to those sides most on here would be writing off our chances of getting anything from those games. Elton
A good set of results. Even Newcastle winning isn’t all bad as they’ll likely be safe by the time we get to play them and packing their suitcases.
Wainy316
Not bad at all, 2 games adrift with 2 games in hand it’s totally in our hands. Feel a lot better than I did this time last week.
villalad21
Palace and Newcastle winning is great. They'll be at the beach by the time we play them. Perfect Saturday for us

Rodders
Real shame about Newcastle but otherwise that's a handy set of results. Pick something up against Leicester and it's a good weekend.
Popular Post holteend1982
Beat Leicester and we are out the relegation with a game in hand, things could start looking a lot better
rodders0223
Good set of results. Sees Newcastle safe though and confirms just how shite we are.
It's Your Round
We couldn’t ask for much more from today’s results, over to you know Villa. Three points at Leicester and we’re up to 16th with a game in hand. How good would that be? Leicester aren’t invincible, we need the points more than they do. JFDI Villa, please.
useless
There's a scenario where we could have beaten Leicester but would have been no better off than we currently are if West Ham and Watford had have won their games, so in that sense today's results almost feel as good as win for us. But hopefully we can take advantage now, won't be easy but surely we're due a good result against one of the better teams sooner or later. Not really bothered about Newcastle, they started the day seven points ahead of us anyway, we really are in trouble if we're relying on catching them, plus they've still got to play Bournemouth, West Ham and Watford, games we could do with them getting results from.
