ferguson1
So according to the OS, Dean had 45 minutes away from his phone yesterday! That’ll be 5 minutes with the wife and 40 minutes walking the dog then!! He’s gone up in my estimation ten fold. Be mean, keep them keen Dean!!! I've tried to teach it to them but the majority aren't intelligent enough to get it so I'll be getting rid and bringing players in who do understand basic Brummie". 1

It looks like a fairly routine, motherhood and apple-pie statement of how management works. It’s also a process we've seen over and over again at Villa in recent years. New manager comes in, tries to get squad to play his way, fails, decides they’re no good, buys new players, leaves/gets the sack, new manager comes in, tries to get the squad to play his way, etc. I guess we just have to hope this time it’s different but I’m not going to part with any cash on the promise...

Mazrim
They are the best he's worked with. They're just not all showing it right now. Plus he's missing key players that made it so.
