This superb sparkling ruby brown lager with its rich latte foam head is brewed with a blend of four malts, including crystal and cara malt, to create a burnt toffee multi-layered sweetness with a gentle bitterness. My old man went to Brewery to buy some and the chap said it is on sale at the Mare Pool pub in Mere Green and should be soon available to buy at the Majestic Wines in Mere Green. Obviously not much use if you don't come from Sutton!

Obviously not much use if you don't come from Sutton! I was hoping a supermarche stocked them. I'm drinking some really crap lager at the moment and reading about 'burnt toffee multi-layered sweetness' is distressing.

Popular Post GarethRDR
Wound up getting shitfaced on Lagavulin last night. Which I'm now regretting as aside from feeling like arse, Lagavulin's much too nice to be just guzzling back. I'm told this morning that in my stupor, I demanded the missus order pizza, and that when it arrived I sang the Game Of Thrones theme at the delivery chap, substituting every note with "PIZ-ZA".
