alreadyexists Posted May 15, 2018 VT Supporter Share Posted May 15, 2018 What terrible news. To lose someone so young is always a tragedy, but with kids involved it’s heartbreaking. We sometimes forget, or try our best to forget, the fragility of life. Things like this remind us how tenuous our grip on this life is. My wife and I had our child 6 weeks ago, and it’s things like that which lift the veil between everyday life and the reality of humanity. To think of leaving a child so suddenly breaks my heart. RIP Jlloyd.

AshVilla
RIP My thoughts are with his family in this difficult time. I remember him being a solid fullback. Didn't he get an England call up at some stage as well. Edited May 15, 2018 by AshVilla
MachoFantastico
Just caught the news, absolutely shocked. Always enjoyed watching Samuel even if he never quite reached the potential he had on the pitch. Thoughts with his family, hopefully the club and fans can show him the respect he deserves.
