Yeah, the blaming is inevitable, but it must start to niggle in their minds “why is EVERYONE putting sanctions in against us?”.

There are a proportion that already know, those that don't know will just buy into the persecution by unfriendly states narrative, which has gone on in Russia long before the Russian revolutions into Tsarist times. It's part of the Russian mindset

It isn’t ‘everyone’, it’s the hated NATO countries doing it to them. The majority of the world, including India, China, Africa and most of South America are not taking part.

With the exception of China, none of those countries are doing any trade the average Russian will ever buy

It seems like Putin is changing the narrative for his home audience from sanctions won't affect us to sanctions from "Unfriendly Countries" are causing problems.

You have to think that slowly the Russian people will be coming round to the idea “they” are the bad guys.

I mean, look at the Navy Uniform, all the clues are there.

Most of those people pictured are now dead. It's some of the crew of the Moskva and the officer on the right is the Captain of the ship, he's most definitely dead

The Russians issued the picture as some sort of proof that there were survivors but as it contains the Captain, who even the Russians admit is dead and the trees are full of green growth, it definitely wasn't taken after the ship sank

Banned from the Olympics, nobody wants to play them at football, unfairly criticised for the liberation of Ukraine, state of the art ships sinking in choppy seas, NATO sneaking in to Russian held territory and spreading dead bodies around and then ‘shopping satellite images.

They’ve had a hell of a run of bad luck for those news presenters to convey to the populace.

But, they’ve decided and they aren’t going to let facts get in their way.

They will double down and double down again. The alternative is that everything they’ve built everything on is wrong, and that would be some matrix sized mental shift to accept that.

Putin, now surely one of the worst dictators in history, has given commendations of valour to the 64th motorised inf brigade. Yes you heard it right, the brigade that slaughtered civilians, had a cellar where they raped underage girls while stationed in Bucha and shot anyone thought to be anti Russia.

There’s a special place in hell for Putler and his SS brigade.

Missiles hitting Lviv. Dangerously close to Poland.

All it takes is one to overshoot and the shit will hit the fan.

Poland are gagging to get involved too.

Nato have been using Rzeszow airport as a base too, so it's all getting closer than it's ever been, like Russia proding Nato a little bit.

This belongs in more than one thread.

It would just be NATO firing missiles into Poland to justify an attack on poor old Russia.

I wonder though if that “us against the world” attitude is something human beings in general (not just Russians) are very good at adapting to.

North Korea, Mourinho’s first Chelsea team, the punk rock revivalists Towers of London… they all just learn embrace the hatred and the pariah status, it becomes a positive part of your identity.

Come on everyone, time to do your bit. We're down to the last few signatures (citation needed) to force Putin to stop.

I note without any hint of irony that Sinn Fein are part of the "Global Peace Movement" now

I can just see Putin wondering who Corbyn is, someone whispers in his ear "He's the puppet of that Seumas Milne fella we were using"

I wonder what the magic number of signatures would be that would cause Russia to stop and move back to the border?

Never bring a biro to a gun fight.

Unverified sources say Putin has already prepared his forces for a lengthy petition
