All this does is give your critics more ammunition. It reeks of a lack of elite mentality. It also shows that his ability to control the messaging around the England team, possibly his greatest strength as manager, is long gone. He really should have left/been booted out after Qatar. . He cost us the euros at home, and we definitely should have had a right go at the last world cup.
