Ignoring the fact Southgate's always been an idiot for a moment... They all take on the job say they'll pick players on form, and then they always end up picking the same failures that got their asses handed to them in the previous tournament. Not to mention we always pick players just coming back from injury, and then we're surprised they're not matching up to their best form.
