It's Your Round
Well that’s told us! Who are we to doubt him? He’s won the group and we’re through to the quarters. Wind your necks in England fans, Southgate knows best. We even scored TWO goals, stick that in your pipe and smoke it.

He'll only make a change if trippier is injured,l and forces him to, other than that it'll be same
R.Bear
Better to be a lucky general than a good one. Never truer than with this prick. Using two subs in normal time in a game you’re losing where everyone is playing badly is just beyond insane. There is no possible logic to doing that. Then brings Toney on with two minutes of injury time left. It beggars belief.

He missed two days of training so would've been decent excuse to leave him on the bench, Sterling lost his starting place in last World cup for leaving the camp mid tournament. It's going to be very weak down the left for England next match, Guehi suspended so they'll have to be one change there and Trippier has been as average as expected playing out of position and went off injured. Jonesy7211
The Swiss will beat us easily, running midfield and looking dangerous going forwards. Let's see how vindicated he feels then.

I hate him. It’s a total nonsense argument. Changes could have made England run out winners. The lack of changes contributed at zero shots on target for 95 minutes. It could not have been going worse or more ineffectively. It wasn’t like England were peppering the goal so you leave it as is. That Slovak doesn’t miss the open goal and it’s 2-0. They head that cross away and England crash out without a shot on **** goal. it was 1000% luck that England won. Even the **** throw in was lucky to get. Kane scoring justifying not being subbed is bollocks too. Without Bellingham’s goal, there’s no opportunity for Kane to even score.
supermon
Toney was disgusted with him before he came on, the whole nation was disgusted with him for the lack of subs. Why is he so stubborn. It's like he wants the team to go out.

Im sure he believes that the teams he puts out are best suited to get the result. But why the **** not just give Gordon 45 minutes? What’s the worst that could happen? The up side is it totally revolutionises the attack. Try it ffs. I’m not one of those people who think Gordon is the saviour but he did the EXACT thing with Trent. Tried something, didn’t work. And that was a guy out of position. It’s baffling. The fact Gordon didn’t even get on means there is zero chance he starts next game too so the frustration will continue.
