DaveAV1
I’ve just done a quick calc. 44% wins and drawing the rest gives you 86/87 points over a season. Which is comfortable play offs, but probably short of top two.
sne
Win ratio was pretty good last season as well. 43% The big difference is that last season he also had a loss ratio of 37%. This season we've only lost 6 games. That's where the big improvement lies. We lost 13 games under Bruce last season.

See where it says``better than any Villa manager since 1990''. No he hasn't. What are you reading? It said: "Steve Bruce has a better win ratio 44.4% then ANY villa manager since 1990" This is fact. He's made no comment on ability or success. Edited January 16, 2018 by Stevo985 1

Dave J
Surely no one is remotely suggesting he is our best ever manager ? I would struggle to comprehend this - so until someone says differently I take it as no ?

Before anyone asks I have no idea what Bruce’s is or any other manager for that matter. Statos? The general consensus is Wins The problem is you could draw every game hypothetically and still go down unbeaten, so draws are glorified defeats depending on your view.
