Albert looks to have lost complete interest and it's a shame. There was a point in the second half yesterday when Elmohamady wanted to play the ball to him down the wing but he went inside and gave no out-ball to Elmo. In the end, Elmo got trapped and ended up giving a throw-in away whilst trying to play the ball down the line. He then turned to Albert and clearly said "f#cking move!". That side of the pitch needs addressing for sure in the summer. Welcome Jarrod Bowen? I don't think he's lost interest but I do think he's completely lost confidence, and it's not clear to me what would get it back. I really hoped his goal against Wednesday (?) would be the catalyst for a bit more confidence, a bit more willingness to take a man on, but sadly it hasn't been at all. I've enjoyed watching him, and I like him as a person, but sadly I think this should be the end of his time at VP.
Keyblade
Honestly don't want to see him in a Villa shirt again, at least on a starting XI. I like Albert but he's finished. Completely shot. It's like playing with 10 players when he's on the pitch.
Vive_La_Villa
I think with the team now trying to play a fast intense passing games his limitations as a player are being massively exposed. Him and Taylor really seem to stand out as weak leaks when we are on the attack
villalad21
Doesn't even hit the target, holy crap is he a word removed!!
bojong
Yes he missed a great chance and a penalty but he should start in final. So much better than Green, his movement created chances and he was in right places at right time.
andym
Never want to see him play for us again. Missed a piss easy chance at the end of normal time, then took a lazy ambling run up and blasted his pen miles over. His attitude stinks
rbcuk
Said to my mate he would miss and he did, his body language going to hit it was awful
Khizzy
People are talking about the save from Johnstone, when in reality all Adomah had to do was to put it to the keeper's side. Anyway, I hope he doesn't play for us again.

Played like a man who had started the game and was fatigued. IF it is Leeds we play we 100% need someone who will take on Dallas ( who isn't a left back ) We will hurt them there. Demitri_C
Albert did better than green but what a woeful pen that was.
robby b
Over the bar, nooo! It didn't even hit the bar. : ( At least a penalty should be on target. Oh dear, poor old Albert. And the BBC said Green "offered very little" in the first half, yikes! I wonder who could take their place in the final for the better??? Leeds's, should we play them, weakest spot defensively is probably our weakest going forward. Edited May 14, 2019 by Johnnyp Mistake

VillaAlex
Penalty misses happen, it happens to the best players. Again his performance wasn't too inspiring, especially for how we look to play however he did come closest to scoring. I'd start him in the final only because I think he's better than Green and we don't have much else.
sne
Managed to Tonev the penalty. The flanks continue to be our weak spot. Taylor, Adomah and sadly Green all very poor.
Zatman
Texted a friend my 5 takers, 4 scored. Adomah wasn't on that list but Kodjia

Dr_Pangloss
I don't think his attitude is bad, he just has and has always had pretty nonchalant body language. He is however a poor player these days, I think regardless of that we're going to need him in the final and hope he can roll back time and deliver a decent showing, ultimately he won't be around next season regardless of the level we're at and rightly so. He has been a good signing overall but has really under performed consistently this season.
Dave-R
Don't think he played all that bad, just west brom were very difficult to break down, they played ace defensively.
