My understanding is twitter undertook the scan at the twitter hospital within 2 minutes of him leaving the pitch so there is no way this kind of inside specialist knowledge is going to be wrong. Bacuna for the rest of the season then. Did i say it was gospel? just saying whats been said on there. Hence the 'Hope its wrong'. .
Made In Aston
From what I heard on the radio his injury is quite bad. He tried to come back on but couldn't put any weight on his leg. Sounds like it could be knee ligament damage. Hope I'm wrong. Lichfield Dean Posted September 15, 2016 VT Supporter Share Posted September 15, 2016 I thought he was one of our best players last night. I was surprised just how fast he is. He definitely was one of the hardest working out there too. But his injury looked very bad, and to be honest, I was amazed he tried to carry on. Reminded me a bit the the injury Weimann had in Vienna when he tried to carry on and just crumbled afterwards.
mikeyp102
I was surprised he even came back on. His reaction when he went down instantly smacked to me of a bad injury.. Thought leg break at first, but obviously not as he came back on.
villa89
I bet Hutton comes back in for the season now. He's like a bad smell you can't get rid of.

He is no worse than DeLaet. Personally I think it will be Bacuna and not Hutton.

KHV
Luckily for us it's not an area we are light in. Could have been worse could have been a central midfielder that was out
dukes
Honestly would prefer Richards at right back to Bacuna.....
Villarocker
Wasn't De Laet off the pitch the other night when Brentford got their leveller? Cross from our right back position? We will see more of that with Hutton and Bacuna playing at right back. What is it with us and defenders? Bouma crippled, Laursen done for, then Okore, Amavi, De Laet. When will our bad luck end? Villarocker
I just realised that one injury to a centre back, let's say (please don't happen) Elphick, and we could end up with a defence of Cissokho, Baker, Chester, Hutton. That's a frightening thought.
BOF Posted September 16, 2016 Moderator Share Posted September 16, 2016 I'd nearly go with Bacuna as a wingback and bring Baker in alongside Elphick & Chester rather than use Bacuna or Hutton as orthodox rightbacks.

From one side we do have Richards, Bacuna and Hutton who all, in theory, can play right back and on the other side they are all shite and will cost us goals on a regular basis.
