Common Assault, Criminal Damage and had to pay compensation to Farage. It's the last but that really stings

The other thing is does, is gives the victim a certain amount of sympathy with fence sitters who may be leaning that way. Its counter productive

It was a blatant set-up. What the right would call a "false flag operation".

Apparently a 25 year old woman has been arrested, she looks very young for 25.

She'll be selling her minge on OF soon.

Hopefully.

Was it? How come another got arrested for assaulting a police officer when trying to prevent her being arrested? Not sure that would have been part of some sort of false flag

Not convinced about the set up tbh.

Another electoral year, another bunch of Ukip/Brexit/Reform party candidates being a bunch of unvetted racists too thick to even cover their tracks. We can look forward to a lot more of this over the next 5 weeks, I imagine.

Reform UK has removed one of its Nottinghamshire general election candidates after racist social media posts were uncovered. One of the posts called for the hanging of Doreen Lawrence, the mother of murdered Stephen Lawrence who was killed during a racist attack in London.

I am no particular fan of Farage but would VTer's found this quite so amusing if it had been sulphuric acid that this little tart had thrown.

Is she a Villa fan?

It could be, couldn't it, but it could probably be tens of thousands of young slim women with long blonde hair. Hard to tell.

She's denied it, FWIW, so either it's not her, or it is her and she's already been released, or it's her and she's not been released but someone else has access to her account. God knows.

Some people are too stupid for words. Firstly the two look nothing like each other, other than having long blonde hair. And as if you'd choose somebody who's a press officer in Parliament (Emily Hewertson) and who's relatively well known on Twitter for her politics (and being a Villa fan) to front some sort of 'false flag' operation. The woman they arrested was a 25 year old from Clacton. Emily Hewertson is a 24 year old from Northampton.

It absolutely, 100%, guaranteed, is not her.

It isn’t her, we know that, but you can’t deny they look similar.

No, because they're different things.

Just like people wouldn't have been quite so upset at the murder of David Amess had his assailant gone for him with a tube of squirty cream instead of a knife.

Quite a few on Twitter going with a similar line of “but what if x, y or z????”

Well it wasn’t was it, if it was then it would be an entirely different scenario.

Yeah agreed, I couldn't have ruled it out just based on those images. I didn't think they looked particularly alike but I've seen more radical transformations with a bit of makeup.

Yeah. I do think it's funny because he's a nasty word removed. But it's a line between this and something more serious.

It's a bit like the argument about Dianne Abbot rating racism in order.

You can't be horrified about a Labour or Green candidate being attacked but rejoice in this just because you don't like him.
