UKIP/Reform NF Ltd and their non-racist well informed supporters

Our local Reform candidate has been replaced, due to some racist posts he made online. Imagine being too racist for Reform. Anyway the guy who replaced him is an ex Tory council candidate, who attends every general meeting of the council to basically ask questions about why we allow transgender people to exist?

What a time to be alive.

The problem is they’re making their own lives more and more difficult.

Now they need to prove they’ve got a brown trannie friend.

Why are the BBC yet again giving airtime to the owner of a Political Ltd Company who isn't standing in the election during a general election. Reform Ltd have over 600 candidates who are actually standing to get elected get one of them on say once during the election as Refom's allocation of appearances

The BBC are totally obsessed with him.

We had a ‘local’ news programme a couple of evenings ago, he had equal billing with the tories and labour. Plaid (who will get a couple of MP’s) weren’t featured, the LibDems weren’t featured.

Jesus Christ. The laugher. Broken country

The most insidious thing about that is the implication that being islamaphobic and anti-semitic are somehow contradictory and that caring about one makes you the other.

But you haven't answered @limpid's question.

Was that a serious question

BBC are a media company - they care about clicks, shares and viewership to suit their agenda. Farage gets them that as he is controversial figure

Media companies care about those things as it's how their revenue model works. That's not true for the BBC.

How so ? Yes they make their money from tv license

Why would they do interviews with fiends like andrew tate then for example? And bring farage on ? They know it gets them publicity. Thr right wingers will tune as they love him and the left wingers will go social media complaining about what he has to say as they hate him.

Through a misguided interpretation of "balance" and "entertainment" as per their charter.

I don't see how your argument addresses that "ratings are all they care about". How does their choice of interviewees demonstrate this? Did they publish the viewing figures for those interviews?

You don't have to be left wing to complain about some self serving, racist windbag being given way more air time than his racist views deserve.

Well at the time everyone wanted a interview with tate at the time- the BBC got it but unfortunately they removed it from YouTube so i cant see the views on it (they did a edited version) for which tate embarrassed them by releasing full footage)

People like farage get clicks - the farage brand QT one on youtube alone has 2.3m views from a clip.

Another vs eddie lizzard  has same number.

These controversial heads bring viewership. If you bought a bore like reese mogg foe example thats not bringing viewers in

True but most people that complain about anything farage says are die hard labour supporters

So your headline example has no published figures? I think you are going to have to make a case to demonstrate that the BBC cares about YouTube play stats. It's not like you can turn them off.
