dAVe80
30/60. I think I watched Match of the Day maybe 3 or 4 times last season, and had little to no interest in the Premier League because we were so bad. On reflection, that score isn't too bad. dAVe80
Working in Geordie-land for a couple of weeks, Friday afternoon quiz... Name the 15 players to play for Villa and Newcastle in the Premier League era (not necessarily in the Premier League though)? blandy Posted November 18, 2016 Moderator Share Posted November 18, 2016 Ginola, Beye, Watson, Stone, Nobby Solano, Shay Given, James Milner, not sure if Tommy Johnson ever played for them? Ciaran Clark, um.....brain freeze after that
Davkaus
Not a bad start @blandy Jermaine Jenas, Aaron Hughes and CNZ (if you consider him to have ever 'played' for us :P) can be added to that.

We didn't actually get Jenas, great shout! Although it does cast doubt on the list I've got.
Zatman
Ireland, Wayne Routledge and Harewood I think we sent them on loan
dAVe80
Spoiler James Milner Nobby Solano Aaron Hughes Steve Watson David Ginola Steven Ireland Marlon Harewood Wayne Routledge Shay Given Charles N'Zogbia Franz Carr Ronny Johnsen Alan Thompson Jermaine Jenas Habib Beye Ciaran Clark Seems that there's actually 16 (see above for list), rather than 15. I think the question was set, not taking into account Ciaran Clark, so I assume before his transfer.

Some decent guesses, but a lot of those mentioned actually played for Sunderland and Villa! My new Geordie buddies will love that! As I often tell them though, they're pretty much exactly the same anyway.
