I'm not sure we'll hold off on the Warehouse development, but it may well take much longer then planned due to unforseen issues. If it is as described, this is one thing I'm not going to join the Heck hammering bandwagon on (and if you see my posts in his thread you'll know how much I don't like him). A very low cost, temporary structure, to accommodate something that they started last season without any infrastructure, is a good thing. They could have spent more, but it's not exactly a PSR solving magic bullet so why spend loads on it? It's temporary and can then be knocked down when something more fit for purpose happens in a few years time. It serves its purpose of giving "some" fans an opportunity to stand on the balcony and cheer the team on as they arrive. It's an addition to what we had last season. The rest presumably take up space on the floor around the arrival route like they did last season? People spilling out and about is a good look, it creates a vibe. An "atmosphere" if you will. Jesus Christ when I did become a marketing hack?! It looks far better than the 12' shipping container outside the Holte that serves a few beers and is surrounded by trash cans and then the cob sellers from the Foundation. Good luck. I will be aiming to go in there at the Everton match. I’ve wanted some way of drinking at the ground before a match for many years. My only worry is that they serve fast enough, I don’t have the patience to wait more than 5 mins to get served. I’d also like a full bar, not just beer. …. I am assuming it has a bar in there???
