We share space with them because League 1 and Premier League schedules can be harmonized. We tear down VP and rebuild on-site. A 60,001 seat stadium with the world's longest bar and *2* former ice skating rent tents for the club shop. Thank me later. The only benefit would be that you wouldn't lose capacity but have a very open North Stand for a bit. The only way of significant capacity increase is the demolition and rebuild of said stand.
