Not even trying are they. They either think he is bullshiting, they believe their own sources more or most likely they don't even follow him. Just when I thought Greg Evans couldn't be topped for piss poor journalism.

Gary Thomas
Yep.......could explain why Doc initially said the No9 might be the last one we do? IF this is right wouldn't Hull need to sell Hernandez first to generate the funds to finance replacements. https://twitter.com/reluctantnicko/status/768006792068665344?lang=en-gb Nixon: "Villa. The world class number nine is Hernandez at Hull. Just a matter of the Tigers finding replacements ... plural." useless
That doesn't really tally with Xia saying he hopes to get the deal done this week. I think Nixon's just guessing.

So could go through? Edited August 23, 2016 by Gary Thomas
sne
I'd be extremely happy if it turned out to be Hernandez, he was very exiting when he broke through in a very fun Palermo team. they had great scouting and many very good players, also changed manager 5 timer per season or so Watched quite a lot of Serie A at the time. Still need a RB and another midfielder or two regardless of who the striker turns out to be.
useless
If world class equals international then it could just as easily be Wells.

rubberman
Id still be happy with Hernandez, Wells or Bamford. They've been touted for so long it would be slightly anticlimactic but all would really solidify our attack.
sexbelowsound
Logically for Hull the deal makes sense. Sell a player and bring in 2-3. They need numbers.
useless
Hernandez would be quite a coup really. Will be interesting to see how much we pay, if it is him.

Nice to see someone else say that, but in addition, when you go on the Birmingham Mail site, what I find really annoying is instead of reporting 'news' in written form on the site, a lot of times he chooses to whip out a camera and film himself talking it instead. It baffles me why he / they choose to report news that way. It's either narcissistic from him or I must be getting very old and out of touch with how I access news.

This - I'd be very happy to offload a couple of ours to them plus cash. Richards, Lescott, Bacuna, Westwood, Gabby - take your pick lads.
It's Your Round
Maybe we could throw in Richards as a sweetener? I understand Arsenic is sweet right?
