If out of contract in summer then worth a shot!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8SJJAZ2GW3o Yeah, I really like the look of him, I can see why you're a fan. He's very athletic and has very long arms, good qualities for a keeper.

QPR bid £1.25mil for him in summer but Southend turned them down!! as out of contract in summer maybe a £500k to £750k would seal a move in Jan if we was after him.
dn1982
So links to Byram Toulalan Naismith tonight added to Cole Depoitre and numerous keepers. I think all would get in our team. Get it done early as every game counts.

Popular Post HanoiVillan
For a moment, I thought Byram Toulalan Naismith was one person with one very unwieldy name.
OneNightInRotterdam
Think Naismith would be a good signing. Works hard, trains hard from what I've heard. Plus he knows where the net is and can make things happen .
LockStockVilla
Naismith is an upgrade on Sinclair, so I am good with that. If the Toulalan link is real, he'd be an upgrade over Sanchez, so that's also a big plus, assuming he could deal with the pace of the league. Depoitre, I know so little about, so who knows... KSV
Naismith? Meh. Average player. Better than what we have? Yes. Keep us up? No. Almost 30 years old. Probably do better if we can get some one on loan.
KJT123
Naismith would be a good player to have in the Championship, I imagine.
Supervillan78
Naismith's a good player to have full stop. Scores goals, creates and works hard, he's worth ten Gestede's IMO.

I think the club have no choice but to take this into consideration now with any of the signings we make from now on.

dont_do_it_doug.
Naismith won't come here, he'll go to a better team than us and be a regular starter.
Lichfield Dean Posted December 20, 2015 VT Supporter Share Posted December 20, 2015 Never really liked Naismith much, but I can see him adding some much needed grit to the side and I bet he would be an excellent foil to Ayew. Could make a good pairing.
KHV
I can't believe we are not looking to replace Gana and Sanchez. We may as well give up now if we are going to persist with these two. They are **** awful, they are the biggest problem we have. Utterly dreadful week in week out. Can't defend and offer zero going forward. Not a great combination if your a midfielder.
