Gun violence in the USA

Every school in America needs airport scanners now don’t they? Like the female teacher shot by a 6 year old, they will sue the authorities for not protecting the teachers, staff and other students.

Saying that, if someone walks up the scanner holding an AK-15 and just strolls into the school shooting everything that moves the scanner isn’t doing much to keep people safe.

Are you saying the answer is to arm the scanners?

Until it’s deemed unconstitutional to have devices detecting guns and taking away US citizens rights.

Arm the scanners and give them AI to identify guns.

Then also make them mobile to chase the offender if they try to flee.

What could go wrong?

Charlton Heston also hosted an NRA event at Columbine in the aftermath of the infamous school shooting there and declared they'd have to take his rifle out of his cold dead hands, so **** him.

I've got no love for Charlton Heston, but he said that in North Carolina at an NRA convention more than a year after Columbine. Michael Moore can probably be credited with spreading that popular misconception.

Doesn't make it less gross, but didn't happen how it's often reported.

"you know, soon, will need them"

Need them for what exactly? Keeping her family safe from the all the murderers?

For the pogroms they want to conduct against their perceived political enemies.

I was listening to a program on Radio 4 about the problem in America regarding ghost guns and how easy it is to get them and put them together. Never heard of this phenomenon before and is quite shocking.
