markavfc40
Amazing isn't it that the Tories deemed it fine to write off 4.5 billion pound in fraud, over 10 billion on unusable/lost/massively overpriced PPE yet when the minions need a leg up, including those of us with f all, then it comes in the form of a £200 loan. The UK with its 54% rise is subsiding the French energy bills. Imagine how bad it would be if we were still in the EU. We’re so lucky to no longer be part of the cartel that rips us off and takes us for fools.

Lichfield Dean Posted February 3, 2022 VT Supporter Share Posted February 3, 2022 Weaselly words from Andy Street in the Brum Mail. I can't be bothered quoting and linking because I can't be dealing with the sheer unusability of that site. But fundamentally, he thinks Boris was bad but he's a good boy really and is really really sorry and won't be a bad boy again. I really dislike Andy Street's inability to ever speak out against the government. It's why I couldn't bring myself to vote for him in the first place. That would only mean worse and worse people getting involved. My hope is the Tories don’t really have an appetite for this, and it’s relatively easy for them to get rid of him once they decide to move. He doesn’t have the same rabid following and sponsorship power that Trump wields over the Republicans.

Popular Post Xann
People I talk to are sick of hearing the media and opposition parties going on and on about No 10 folk breaking the Covid rules instead of our worries at the moment. We may have a war to contend with in Europe, energy costs out of control, social care to fund and many other UK concerns the Prime minister has to deal with for us and these “piranhas” should back off and assist with our concerns. I heard that over 400 folk and working in many departments in No 10 and over 90% are civil servants with ministers coming and going. It seems to me it’s a civil service and their managers that have failed us in No 10. Where was the office manager? Boris has his work to do and is not an office manager and certainly no time for that sort of work. We have over 200 embassies across the world, 3 devolved governments, UK Mp’s etc - all wanting the prime minters to address their concerns and answer their questions on a daily basis. It’s a complicated system where No 10 is a work place and home of the Prime minister and certainly not clear of what rules would apply and needs clarifying. It seems to me that Boris has had his head down working hard on his work for use and left the office management to others, and so it should be. Why is Starmer not being investigated for the photo we saw where he was not social distancing, eating and drinking etc, or Labour MP Barry Gardiner who took thousands of pounds from a Chinese agent? All this to me shows it’s a witch hunt targeted at Boris, shame on all those piranhas. Sadly, we have seen many people on TV in the news these last 2 years on marches etc breaking Covid rules including MP’s of all parties – but there is only a witch hunt after Boris. While Boris is working flat out for the UK, always out and about seeing business and hospitals etc and now just been to Ukraine trying to alleviate war with Russia – he is just getting on with the job. What are Starmer and his front bench doing – going from TV and radio media still moaning about cakes? Boris is the peoples champion and at work 24/7 for us. I would say to Mr Starmer and the media- start doing what you are paid for - working on our daily concerns and needs and stop this Boris witch hunt.
