Guest
really great to see... now push on from here young man! Pushing on is the important thing here. For as important as it was for the fans (and Tim Sherwood's job security) to beat Small Heath, on the pitch he was only up against mid table Championship defenders. He'll have to perform against much better opposition in the coming weeks and it's not going to be easy. Hopefully tonight gave him some much needed confidence. Aye but up against Notts County he was very poor, so there is improvement.
Farlz
What a bloody performance from the lad, time to give him a proper run in the side.

AntrimBlack
I have had a feeling he would come good. Let's hope this is the start of it. Some fabulous touches tonight.
Shomin Geki
Very promising signs. A tenacious, muscular eel of a performance. A little worried at the lack of end product, but it's early days. He's making things happen, which is much, much more than you can say about the anonymous likes of Sinclair and the huff, puff and blow himself out of Gabby. DCJonah
Really happy for him, he wanted the ball straight away and he wanted to try and make things happen. Keep it going.
Nostarapter
Good performance from the lad, him and Jack changed the game and at last Tim changed things for the better. This was always going to take time.Still lots to work on,but this lads performance tonight gives me hope, with other players to come back that we can have a positive season. Harry
Very impressed, worked his socks off. Looked streets ahead of Gabby doing the Gabby role. Thought we had bought a dud but now I'm not so sure.

OutByEaster? Posted September 22, 2015 Moderator Share Posted September 22, 2015 On behalf of the people of outbyeasterland, I would like to formerly offer an apology to Mr Jordan Ayew. My previous opinion, that he lacked dynamism and spirit was in fact woefully incorrect. My man of the match tonight, not so much for the flashy stuff he does with the ball, but for his bravery in always being available to receive it, his movement and the fight he showed in his desire to win it back. There's some character in here.Allez Ayew.

foreveryoung
Class tonight, got some tekkers and twisted the Bloose up on the right side, close to unplayable. Has to start against the plop, I think we have found gabby's replacement.

Villarocker
Very good half from the lad. Like I've been saying for a while now, we'll be great to watch in the second half of the season once all the new lads have settled in.
