useless
I've got a feeling either Sunderland or Hull are going to end up going down. Sherwood made this evening happen with his mind games.
trekka Posted March 4, 2015 VT Supporter Share Posted March 4, 2015 Advantage, Villa. We can do this!
MessiWillSignForVilla
Everton are shite under Martinez. Loosing there defence every game. That's because he's not a very good manager, last season he benefited from inheriting an organised Moyes defence, now all of their starting back 5 bar Coleman are in their 30s and beginning to decline, and Martinez is awful at building defences, which luckily for us is dragging Everton towards the bottom 3, if not this season (doubtful) Martinez will eventually take them down when Jagielka, Distin, Baines and Howard need replacing.
foreveryoung
So many shit teams down there, Leicester, Burnley, QPR, Sunderland, Hull, Everton. gives us a huge chance, maybe bigger than any other season. Lets do this!
pacbuddies
Although Palace and Albion aren't out of it, realistically anyone from Everton downwards is under real threat of relegation. This evenings results couldn't have been better for us.
Raymond
Great set of results. All we need now is a QPR loss at the weekend for me to start feeling better.
useless
If QPR win on Saturay then Palace and WBA are back in trouble as well. Especially Albion.
VillaChris
Couldn't have gone better. I should imagine there is some big accumulators being paid out at the bookies with the favourites winning every match! Apart from the accys that had Celtic! baginton
Completely disagree with Martinez quote. Everton are still in Europa League long may they continue to be. History shows team struggle in Premier League when they have a good run in the Europa League. Liverpool, Tottenham spring to mind
jayEm
Momentum is important too, and it's in our favour right now. We're the only team in the bottom eleven to have won their last game, and all but two of those teams recorded a loss.
Demitri_C
i hope everton get as far as possible in europa as having a real negative impact on their league form
Popular Post Paddywhack
Not only are we going down, we're finishing 20th. Pfft, this guy's an idiot.
deeps
Everton In this. Their run in ain't too bad tbh BUT the longer they stay in Europa the better.
supernova26
Sunderland are in the real shiit..manager losing the plot, no Johnson.
useless
At the start of the season if we had a way of knowing that at this stage we'd be three points of Everton, then we'd probably imagine ourselves to be doing a lot better than we have been. Stevo985 Posted March 4, 2015 VT Supporter Share Posted March 4, 2015 Before last night, if I had to pick one team in the league that was actually worse than us, not just in terms of results but in terms of being **** dull and just shit all over, then it would be Sunderland. The difference now is we've got a bounce, and a win. They've got nothing. In fact they've got their best player suspended due to a sex scandal. We'll beat them. Comfortably.

Cliffy Biro
Amazing what a win can do to the tone of peoples post only a day or two later This gameweek could not have been better for us, every result was perfect from Hull/Sunderland drawing to the bottom3 all losing and us winning but there is still a long way to go. Our problems haven't just disappeared overnight. Not begin a pessimist though im still buzzing from the win but people tend to get carried away.
