Anyway, I’m on the waiting list for an interior cabin at $2,500.

bickster Posted June 27, 2023 Moderator Share Posted June 27, 2023 You know Motorhead used to do a cruise once a year out of Miami, I can't wait until Oasis realise what a money spinner they can be Well when I say I can't wait, I mean I can wait, in fact I'll be waiting in a submarine armed with a full complement of torpedoes

I don't know what's scarier: That someone expended effort writing lines such as "And all the roads we have to walk are winding" or that perhaps someone didn't expend any effort—and people still love them. 1
tomav84 Posted July 4, 2023 VT Supporter Share Posted July 4, 2023 "I hope this email finds you well" you're sending an internal work email mate, not a package to the north pole..there is no reason whatsoever why it should not "find me well"

Davkaus
I don't particularly like Oasis, and I reckon it's been over a decade since I heard that song. But I could still belt it out word for word at the drop of a hat, and I could probably say the same for another 10 of their tracks. The lyrics aren't profound, but they're memorable and catchy.

sidcow Posted July 4, 2023 VT Supporter Share Posted July 4, 2023 Oasis are UK but they'd never be able to write lyrics of this kind of quality. Generational talent Your mama, your daddy Your greasy, greasy grandmammy You got a hole in your panty Got a big behind like Frankenstein Going beep-beep-beep down Sesame Street Toot-toot-toot wear army boots In your ear with a can of beer Up your butt with a coconut
