Milfner
Week 9 already?! Panthers have got Saints tonight, if the game is anything like the one at the BoA last year it'll be a cracker. Not feeling too confident to be honest...

kurtsimonw
Never sure with those fumble pile-ons. Refs got whistle happy, gave Saints the ball, despite Cam coming out of the pile with it.

Milfner
This secondary, my God. Handing out victories. And then it's not the secondary it's the **** O-Line. Twice in two games we've conceded back-to-back sacks.
kurtsimonw
Saints D has looked a lot better this past week against 2 good teams (Panthers aren't as bad as their record suggests IMO). If this holds up, they can do something in the playoffs.
tonyh29
2 wins in a row for The Saints .. tbf the defeat v the Lions and Falcons were both games they should have won so maybe it wasn't the crises it appeared to be on paper 5 home matches left to play this season important they win those 5 as getting a home tie in the play offs will be the crucial bit for them if they want to go all the way to Arizona ... maqroll
Pats have been on a nice roll, Sunday will be a true gauge of how good we really are.
leviramsey Posted November 1, 2014 VT Supporter Share Posted November 1, 2014 Interesting stats on the Patriots' home advantage in Foxboro:* Going back to 2001, the Patriots are 84-0 at home in games where they held an 8-point or greater lead at any point (every other NFL team has at least 2 losses in that split)* The Patriots have allowed only one 4th quarter comeback at home (to (who else?) Eli Manning and the Giants in 2011)

AVFCforever1991
16.5 - Number of times that Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs has sacked Ben Roethlisberger. It's the most any defender has dropped the Steelers quarterback.
TrinityRoadSteps
Our 1 was against the Raiders too. So should really just be a 1/

TrinityRoadSteps
Well, it could be worse, you could be the Raiders... Yeah. But they have the thought that they are the only team to lose to us. Thats gotta hurt
Tegis Posted November 1, 2014 VT Supporter Share Posted November 1, 2014 It's a bit weird, the Jets aren't that horrible really. Should be a better record but a new QB is needed for next year. Tank the season and aim for that Marcus Mariota kid. (or whoever else that I havn't seen yet)
kurtsimonw
That's why the Jets could go from a very bad record to a good one very quickly. Their front 7 is very good, their offensive line is half good, they have a few good receivers. If they draft/pick up in FA some DBs and a QB then they'd be decent already.
