Hanky
He's improving for sure. There was a moment in the first half he was sharp on the ball when being pressed. He'd have lost possession 4-5 weeks ago.

AVTuco Posted December 7, 2014 VT Supporter Share Posted December 7, 2014 His best game so far. Looking more and more promising. Take it easy with the tackles close to our penalty area though, please.
KSV
He didn't make a bad pass all game. Brilliant performance. Early reviews was he doesn't cross half way line but he is box to box.

PaulC
That midfield trio of Sanchez, Cleverley and Westood is looking better every game.
AvfcRigo82
It was until today. A better game today from Sanchez mind. Nice to see the ball greedy syndrome has been dropped and quickly getting rid of the ball with effective passing. sexbelowsound
I liked that Sanchez was playing further forward. We need someone reliable to play the ball out of defence and at the moment he just isn't it. He definitely contributes well and is the ball winner we need. Getting better with every game. TRO
I like him, like his presence, he has a few errors in his bag ,but sometimes it is our own players not reading him properly and not moving for a pass....its not always the player that delivers the pass, sometimes its the intended recipient not paying due attention. getting to grips with the pace a bit better in the more games he has. I think we need his presence as Westwood and Cleverly are a bit samey.

KSV
He's only played a small amount of games. He will be at his best next season and will get better towards the back end of this season. Has a run of games at least till January now.

PaulC
For me mostly good but still messes about too much at times and loses possession.
poitier
Good player, but I still get palpitations when he is in possession as the last man. Think I would prefer Cleverley to play deeper and let Sanchez and Delph do their stuff further up the field.
itdoesntmatterwhatthissay
Only really 1 mistake all game and it bobbled straight to our player Quite a good passer but definitely prefers to skip an opponent rather than find a man close by, probably why he's been caught on the ball so often, improving very well though and almost looks like he's been at the club for years....having said that is that really a good thing?!!! samjp26
I remember when I first saw Vlaar attempting to take the ball past opponents, a few times it didn't work and I thought oh god what is he doing. However, when he had fully adjusted to the speed of the game and so on, I had no issues at all and enjoy seeing it. I think the same will happen with Sanchez, he is confident with the ball at his feet, the only thing that gets to me as that we constantly leave him as one of our last men at the back when we take set pieces and he really isn't fast enough to recover when we lose the ball. I like him, our best midfielder at the minute.
ROTTERDAM1982
Guzan, Okores, Sanchez and CB is a backbone to build on. I know its not the right day, but with a couple of inspired signings in the Jan window, we could be comfortably be a top 10 team
bose
Very good player who, as so many before him, just had to get used to the tempo of the league. Fast becoming a key player IMO.
