StefanAVFC Posted September 1, 2014 VT Supporter Share Posted September 1, 2014 (edited) You were willing to get Brady, who averaged half a point more a game, but not Tannehill? k. Edited September 1, 2014 by StefanAVFC

maqroll
Pretty chuffed with my draft. Projected 220 points first week. LaFell is a nice late rounder, he could do very well in NE
StefanAVFC Posted September 1, 2014 VT Supporter Share Posted September 1, 2014 (edited) C+ draft report card. **** you, Yahoo I got an A+ Thanks to a successful draft by the obviously skilled GM, Insane Clowney Posse turned the not-so-favorable 12th overall pick into a projected finish of third. They're expected to go 11-1-2 (2,858 points) in villatalk League. They focused on having a balanced offensive attack, selecting QB Drew Brees (12th overall), RB Ryan Mathews (48th), WR Alshon Jeffery (25th), and TE Jordan Cameron (61st) within the first five rounds. They have one of the highest-scoring QB pairs in the league, as they added Brees and Ryan Tannehill to their squad. With a draft like that, you might as well make it official. Nominate yourself for the Toyota Hall Of Fame. Schedule Insane Clowney Posse should just disappear for a while during Week 6. They have four players and the most projected fantasy points on bye that week. Looking at the season as a whole, they have one of the least challenging schedules. Along with having the second-easiest overall schedule, Insane Clowney Posse has the easiest first four games of the season. maqroll
Really not that thrilled with Big Ben as my QB1. Took a flyer on Trent Richardson...maybe playing in a good passing offense will open up some holes for him to exploit. Fingers crossed. abdomlahor
Led by a Terrific Group of RBs, Camp Green Lake Obviously Did Their Homework (A Grade) Draft Summary The GM of Camp Green Lake took the second overall pick and handled it like a seasoned professional. After putting their sweet drafting skills on display for the rest of the league, they're left with a squad that's projected to finish fourth in villatalk League with a record of 12-2-0 (2,745 points). With their first five picks, Camp Green Lake focused on a balanced offensive attack, selecting QB Nick Foles (74th overall), RBs Jamaal Charles (2nd) and Le'Veon Bell (35th), and WRs Cordarrelle Patterson (38th) and DeSean Jackson (71st). They landed the top RB tandem in the league, as they have Charles and Bell to carry the load. With a draft like that, you might as well make it official. Nominate yourself for the Toyota Hall Of Fame. Worst Position Camp Green Lake is projected to have a pair of subpar positions (TE and DEF), but TE is clearly their worst unit and an area that will likely need an upgrade. Schedule Whether by good fortune or well-planned strategy, Camp Green Lake has secured a favorable bye week schedule for their superstars. Of their top five players in projected points, none share a common off week. Taking a look at the entire season from start to finish, they have the least challenging slate. Along with the easiest overall schedule, both the first four games and last four games of the season are pretty average for Camp Green Lake. Blatantly Obvious Selecting starting RBs should be a simple task most weeks for Camp Green Lake, as the projected point difference between their second-ranked (Le'Veon Bell) and third-ranked (Andre Williams) RBs is significant. I Keep Getting Older And they stay the same age. Camp Green Lake isn't afraid to rob the cradle, drafting the youngest team in the league with an average of just 3.3 years of NFL experience. A Pair of Proven Winners Camp Green Lake has a couple of fantasy MVPs in their lineup. Last season, two of their players (Jamaal Charles and DeSean Jackson) finished among the top-20 players that were on the most first-place fantasy teams. Bargain Shopper With five steals in the first 9 rounds (including DeSean Jackson, Andre Williams, and Dennis Pitta), Camp Green Lake made some shrewd moves. Take One Play Off and He Burns You Kenny Stills is a classic deep-ball weapon, ranking fourth among NFL WRs in percentage of receptions over 40 yards (6.2%). A Stretch of the Imagination Grabbing Jacquizz Rodgers at pick 215 was, let's say, conceptually adventurous. Rodgers is owned on just a handful of teams across all Yahoo! leagues. Not bad.
