Davkaus
As much as I acknowledge that it's fantasy, and there there is a big undead army and dragons, the time paradox bullshit really pisses me off. Worst bit of the show, IMO. If they just took Bran's entire story arc out, I'd enjoy the show a lot more.

Insofar as there are greater powers in the story, they are mysterious, resurrecting people etc could be the hand of a god or whatever and it kinda fits in the story as an almost spiritual thing. If someone walked in doing Harry Potter stuff with a wand it wouldn't fit. And Bran's time travelling stuff is just... Eugh. It feels like a get out fit a plot that's backed into a corner. The show would genuinely have been better if he died.
Popular Post ml1dch
Good of Tyrion to put the security of Casterly Rock at risk just to get his prostitutes in. One might even call it a Ho-door. 13 1

villarule123 Posted August 5, 2017 VT Supporter Share Posted August 5, 2017 Apart from the Stark reunions being really, really underwhelming, it was an incredible episode. The battle scenes were insane. Looking forward to an HD version though!
Brumerican
My favourite part of the episode was Davos channeling his inner Stannis. It was a nice callback.
JB
Wow. My only complaint is that I've now got to wait longer to see what happens next!

bickster Posted August 6, 2017 Moderator Share Posted August 6, 2017 If Jon Snow can get to Daeynerys in almost an instant, how come Arya Stark appears to be taking forever and a day to get to Winterfell?

maqroll
Holy poop, that was an unbelievable episode! It is somewhat laughable the way they're pacing things, but I'm not complaining. Casterly Rock remains elusive to the viewer, however.

I don't recall ever really seeing it probably in tho books either. I guess it's utter mystique is a little joke on GRRM's part or something. Ponky
That really was epic. My bet is Jaime will sink to the bottom of the lake and discover the One Ring to Rule Them All
