I make my own Bought a few of them bottles with the clamp down tops in Swedish Hell, sterilise hem and fill with cheap olive oil from Lidl or Aldi then bung in herbs from the garden and whatever else I fancy. Takes a good few months but I’ve Got a lovely rosemary and garlic one that has been in the bottle for about a year now 2

Luckily my Mom got these and I commented how nice they were after we'd been at hers. Next thing you know a package arrives with these in, she's a good old stick

T-Dog
Cooked a piece of gammon yesterday for a roast, as lovely as it was, surprisingly difficult to spice/herb it for some reason. Went with a bbq rub (oo-er) and it was okay, but I don't think gammon should be a roast dinner meat. Also made dauphinoise spuds which were absolutely sublime, even if I say so myself. Rob182
I reckon I might have some sort of intolerance to whatever’s in garlic bread. That’s a bit shit innit? Lately whenever I have it I get belly ache and feel full on nauseous.

I had a couple of these in that restaurant near the island on the run-up to Wetherspoons, which had just changed name, cannot remember what it was called or what it’s called now for the life of me To be honest, they pitched it hotter than vindaloo but I had it more madras strength

I even had pasta for lunch today that I imagine had garlic in it (it was frozen leftover bolognese), and I felt fine after that. But garlic bread with a lasagne for dinner today saw me feeling sick!
