Hey! I'm no Aussie, I just live here because my woman is. Now if the question had been what country was Louis Botha the first PM of, that would be different.

Joined a quiz team at a new pub for me... steamrolled everyone (including this team's age-old rivals, a team consisting of a quartet of university professors) for the title. I contributed well, especially to the questions on sport and music which the existing teammates were weak on and won the tiebreaker question.

Just had the question

Take a can of regular coke and a can of diet coke and throw them both in water , what happens ?

The diet coke floats

The answer was ....

The diet coke floats

Less dense due to a lower sugar content apparently... But i still thought they would both behave the same way overall , didn't think the sugar content would have that great an effect

And clearly this is why I'm not hosting QI
