Enjoyed this. Nice taut storyline, with some dark humour and intense scenes. Great performances from Lulu Wilson who is surely on the way to becoming a Scream Queen even at the age of 16 (she loves a horror role), and as for Kevin James - I've never seen him in anything other than 'comedies' so I thought he was surprisingly good as the unhinged and menacing antagonist.

I've said it before (quite a few times ) But the Demons Souls remake is still the only PS5 game where I've thought 'yeah, that's showcasing the power'.

Yeah, it was the same for me (and I would imagine most people) on my first playthrough.

My love of the Souls games is very well documented on here so I won't go over it again. All I'll say is that if a very average gamer like me can not only finish them multiple times, but do a No Death playthrough on DS1 then that shows the difficulty can be overcome. I also know they aren't for everyone.

Best to go in as blind as possible with your first playthrough, but let me know if you need any tips.
