Absolutely adore Spotify now. I have the £4.99 a month sub and it's worth every penny imo. Enjoying some of the new apps for it too, particularly the Pitchfork and Tunewiki ones.

Finally gonna get to watch Dracula Prince of Darkness on Bluray. Supposedly a very good transfer compared with the DVD I have, and it's always been one of my favourites of the Christopher Lee Dracula era (even though he doesn't utter a word of dialogue in it). Terence Fisher could certainly teach some of Hollywood's current directors how to shoot effectively with skill and craft within a budget, definitely the best of the Hammer directors imo. Really looking forward to The Devil Rides Out coming to Bluray too. First day purchase indeed.

I'm going to wait until the series is finished and get them all on Bluray (I have the first series) as I loathe watching series weekly. I'm actually on the last of the (published) books now and to be honest i'm really annoyed that Martin takes sooooo long to write them, as i'm desperate to see how the story pans out. Such wonderful characters and a depth of story and detail that's seldom seen in the fantasy genre. Compelling reads indeed.

Good movie but of the two S.E Hinton stories I prefer Rumblefish. It was one of the movies that made me look at film in an entirely different way. It also contains one of the greatest entrances (The Motorcycle Boy) in movie history imo. I f***ing love that scene.

The QTE's aren't ridiculously intrusive though, they are implemented very well into the flow of the game imo. They are pretty short-lived too, which is always a bonus. I'm not a big fan of the hack 'n' slash genre either, but I absolutely adored GoW III.

Oddly enough she's probably my favourite character after Jaime Lannister. I think it's because they both have the most interesting character arcs in the books.

Walking Dead first came out in 2003 (the graphic novels). The Road was 2006. /pedant Brilliant TV. Still watch it from time to time.

The creature by the blacksmith isn't a traditional boss and he can be avoided by running past him. I think I went back and killed him at a later date.
