Well, the endgame is definitely NOT what GW2 is all about. It's much more about the journey and the game is geared towards exploration and exciting PvP that isn't Rock/Paper/Scissors. There is also a lack of the classic 'holy trinity' of tank/healer/dps. Every class has it's own set of interchangeable skill sets that are used according to situation. If you go into it thinking 'I've got to get to 80 as quick as possible and then do all the dungeons' you will be disappointed. The questing system is quite different from the usual 'go to A and kill 10 boars' type thing too. Regarding the community. Well, all MMO's have their share of arseholes (WoW especially) but if it's anything like GW1 community it will be decent. Just got back from watching it and have to say I thought it was a hoot. Not my cup of tea at all usually as i'm not the biggest fan of the action genre but it was really fun to watch. The self referencing got a bit tiresome but all in it the definition of brainless fun. Oh, and a thumbs up to Simon West too, he certainly knows how to direct a good action set piece.

Haven't been this hyped up for a game for a long time. Looking forward to it.

We looked good in flashes and played some decent football, passed and actually kept the ball on occasion. We were also completely toothless up front and lacked the creativity to break down the W.Ham defence. PL is a great manager I have no doubt in that, but he will need time and (more importantly at this moment) investment because quite frankly our squad is poor.

Strong start to the half from West Ham. Need to get our possession back and do something with it.

Underrated? Nope. Overlooked? definitely. Great, great movie and one of Denzil's best imo. Love Don Cheadle in his small, but brilliant role too.

Love Borderlands. I was sucked in by the design style (very 2000AD) and the lootwhore in me just loves all those numbers on the drops. I'll definitely be picking up BL2, the only quandary I have is which platform.

Finished the last of the (published) Game of Thrones books yesterday. A mixture of sadness and frustration now fills me. Hurry up and finish the last two you beardy git... Ordered the first of the Jack Reacher books (heard a lot about them) and I have Donald Zec's Lee Marvin biography to get through.

The Bobby Moore cross and Pele overhead kick was shot in one take apparently.

Yeah, im glad they never went with Mickey Rourke. Shannon is awsome. Two different movies I think. Rourke in one and Shannon in another.
