    Anyone else having horrendous luck with the drops in Raids so far? My record is: 12 Bosses Killed (6 last week, then 6 this week after reset in Mogu'Shan) PLUS using 3 Elder Charms of Good Fortune (which allow for an extra roll): = 1 Epic (necklace) Now, I don't want every single boss to drop something, but 1 in 12 seems a little bit...stingy.

    Devil Inside...oh my word. I still have flashbacks due to the utter gashness of that movie, and I saw it at a free showing. Mind you, The Possession was nearly as bad. But at least that was unintentionally hilarious. The opening shot of Sinister is better than those two abortions put together. Don't get me wrong, it's not The Exorcist but it's pretty bloody good.

    I'm looking at getting both my girls a tablet for Xmas and was looking at the Nexus 7 or iPad Mini. I take it from this that you would definitely go for the Nexus 7? I was looking at getting the 32gb version.

    I went to the flicks last night to see Sinister. I have to say this was a cracking contemporary addition to the horror genre. Nicely paced, a decent storyline, a real foreboding sense of dread (essential in any supernatural movie imo), and at last a horror movie that manages to have a final third which isn't an absolute let down. Add in a really good performance from Ethan Hawke and some genuine 'jump out of the seat' moments, and you've got yourself a good little frightener. Recommended.

    This is exactly my approach. I always know what I'm going for, I find the items, buy the items and i'm out. The idea of 'browsing' for clothes makes me shudder.

    I found that movie fascinating. It reminded me in some ways of Das Experiment, so If you haven't seen that Rodders, I can highly recommend it.

    I enjoyed Woman in Black for it's old school ghost story approach and atmosphere (and as a Hammer fanatic, it was a decent outing for the studio). But Shame is easily one of my favourite movies this year, pretty much a perfect film imo. Fassbender and Mulligan are just immense.

    Good director, not such a good actor. Argo looks interesting, but the trailer can't seem to make up it's mind what genre of movie it is. It veers from comedy to political drama in astoundingly abrupt steps.

    The story of how that movie was made and the surrounding controversy is much more interesting than the movie itself (which is pretty poor tbh).

    Tonight's viewing: Saw it many years ago and have been meaning to give it a second viewing for a while now.

    I thought The Road was a superb movie, wonderful performances all round and it caught the mood of the book (which I initially thought would be unfilmable) quite brilliantly. Slight disclaimer is that I am admittedly a massive fan of both Hillcoat and McCarthy.

    Played about 6 hours so far and they went by in the blink of an eye. Riveting, absorbing, perfectly balanced gameplay, absolutely superb.

    Just picked this up on the PS3 - I lost over a hundred hours on the original PS1 version and i'm hoping it's as challenging and rewarding as that was.
