I think it's absolutely incredible so far, but appreciate if it's your first DS game then it can be a little intimidating. Got through my first couple of bosses and trying more of a strength based build this time (rolled a Warrior) The only thing i'm slightly disappointed with so far, is that even though the game looks absolutely incredible and the art style is stunning there seems to be a lack of connection between the areas. It all seems a little bit abrupt when moving to a new section. But as I say that's a very small complaint. And Riss, presume you are using a controller to play with? if not, do so.

I (unsurprisingly) thought this was fantastic. Given the director and the acting talent involved it was always going to be a great movie, but it's a couple of hours of completely bonkers brilliance which surpassed even my expectations. I guarantee there will be some people who absolutely hate it. You know what? **** them, they're wrong.

My favourite movie this year by a mile. An absolute gem and Bruce Dern deserves all the plaudits he's getting. Agree about Payne too, a great talent.

Have only seen the new one, its not bad but I'd imagine not much different than original The ending is different From memory, there's quite a major thing that's different. Both poor films imo - the original gained infamy for a couple of scenes but it's so badly put together and acted.

I may have been exaggerating for effect. Basically I didn't used to like him. Now I do. A lot. He made some very decent movies early on in his career (Dazed and Confused, Time to Kill and especially the criminally overlooked Frailty) but then he just started leaning a lot on the covers of second rate rom-coms and all seemed lost. Since the Lincoln Lawyer though, he's been on a ridiculous purple patch and long may it continue.

Bought a copy each for my two girls - I'm a popular dad at the moment It is an absolute pittance to pay for such a wonderful game though, definitely one of the best things i've played in the last decade.

People who have absolutely no sense of humour, who cannot even take the slightest gentle ribbing without taking it personally. It shouldn't piss me off because I would hate to have to go through life with that character trait but there you go.
