Off to Sunderland on Saturday for a mates wedding and then I think we (me and the good lady wife) may 'pop' up to Scotland on Sunday for some deep fried Mars Bars and heroin (that is all that Scotland has isn't it?).

Two of my favourite games of all time - Both just beautiful, creative pieces of art. The level editors are worth the purchase price alone. Really excited about playing the next one.

Realised last night that 'Porntache' Mendez from Orange is the New Black was actually Nick Sobotka (Pablo Schreiber) from The Wire... Great actor to be fair, he really does a good job of making you utterly hate his character (in a good way).

Agree. I had to read through a walkthrough just to get an idea on the last 'puzzle' and after I did read I just thought '**** that' and left it. Absolutely pant-wettingly scary demo though - incredibly atmospheric.

and let me guess, the Indonesian plagiarism of Dredd, which is full of martial arts and silly amounts of guns (yet the martial arts still wins...) is in the top 100? Not sure if serious. Well, the Dredd movie was written first but the Raid was released before it. The general consensus (which I agree with) is that the similarities are mostly coincidental. Have to say that even as a HUGE 2000AD fan, I think the Raid is the better movie (and I loved Dredd).

Just been chatting to a mate who has played the PT (Silent Hills) demo. He thinks it's easily the most scared he's ever been playing a game and said it made Outlast look like Super Mario. I'll be all over that later today then.

Much, much prefer the Glen Campbell version over any of the others. His version has so much warmth to it. It's bloody lovely.
