There's a shitload to be honest isn't there? But to me it shows why I love movies so much. One man's trash is another man's treasure and all that.
Fair enough - I think it suits me more now than it ever has because it allows you to play it much more casually. Which wasn't really the case in the early days.
I got my War to 100 last night so I can have a really good look at my garrison now as the little bits i've played have been really interesting.
The expansion definitely gets a big thumbs up from me. They’ve created a pretty immersive storyline again where you really do feel like you’re part of the bigger picture (how cool is it being called Commander by Thrall?) and i’ve enjoyed the addition of the bonus quests and the increase in rares etc. Also like the chance of upgrade on your drops, a really nice feature indeed. Nothing better than seeing a green drop turn into a blue etc.
I need to have a look at the Tanaan Jungle (lvl 100 area) and i skipped over Shadowmoon so that’ll be on my list too as i want to see how it looks in comparison to the BC version.
I've always felt they were a little false for want of a better word. Their Anti-Establishment messages came across as rather hollow.
Not that it matters if the songs are great but they never really grabbed me either, even after repeated listens from an early age.
So yeah, maybe something for the 'Don't get' thread too.
Would you rather have a gun or sword?
I remember when I first saw that film.... i absolutely lol'd for 20 minutes or so.
Ford's idea iirc.
Spielberg had an epic whip vs sword fight planned out and Ford was knackered from dysentery and dehydration so he said 'Why don't I just shoot the ****?!'.
I tell you one thing that has stood out on WoD so far and that's that I'm actually dying occasionally.
I'm not talking Dark Souls level of deaths but they've definitely upped the toughness on the mobs.
It's quite refreshing actually.
It can be downloaded and then played up until level 20 for free Dave.
That would give you an idea of if you like it or not.

I may have already recommended this a few years ago earlier in the thread, but after a recent re-watch it's worth putting it in here again:
Based on historical events and featuring incredible performances from Lindhardt and (as per usual) Mikkelsen.
One of the best war movies i've seen.
Got on straight away today and it looks like they've sorted out the lag issues.
Still been an awful launch for the most part though - very poor.
It's a shame as the content so far has been incredibly enjoyable - just hit 94 and having a blast with some of the new areas.
