Just got back from watching Inherent Vice. Absolutely loved it, and PTA retains his 100% record of excellence with me. Josh Brolin is fantastic, but Joaquin Phoenix is just completely off the scale - a masterclass. It's also way more funny that I thought it would be and a couple of sections of dialogue in particular had me in bits. Can't wait for the Blu ray now

Picked up the HD version of Resident Evil on the PS4. It's glorious.

Finished with this game now. 'Drug' levels - **** off. 'Take away all your weapons' levels - **** off. Shame because as with FC3 there was lots of fun to be had from taking over bases etc but some of the story missions are just painful.

I bloody love that film. Vague memories of watching it with my dad on a Sunday afternoon when I was a kid and being completely bowled over by it. I watched it again a couple of years ago and it's still great.

I don't get that Si, surely all managers try their best? Even the much despised David O'Leary didn't want to lose games. Liking him as a person doesn't really come into it in my opinion, although for what it's worth, I don't think he's got many likeable qualities. The lies he tells put me right off him. Why add pathetic personal insults into the equation? Just discuss why he's a poor manager (which I think he is) but calling him a Scottish prick or other lovely phrases just dilute the arguments. See also 'hilarious' names like Lamberk.

I want him gone as soon as humanly possible as I don't believe he will ever be able to get the best out of our squad (which for me, is a middle table one), is tactically inept and seemingly doesn't have the players support anymore. But I also like him as a man and believe he has tried his best. I cannot for the life of me fathom why people use personal abuse against him. He's just a poor football manager, he's hardly the **** Antichrist* *(that's Noel Edmonds by the way).
