  1. Was Turkish Rich with you? He loves a good cob that boy. He was indeed. He got stuck into the carvery pretty sharpish!
  2. The only thing I miss about being at work. And what makes it even better is that i'm working from home and the pub is a 2 minute walk away
  3. Few bits of new footage for you all...
  4. Friday pub lunch. Well, going to the pub on a Friday lunchtime anyway. I didn't actually eat anything
  5. And the prize for most ironic post of the year goes to...
  6. In my 44 years, I don't think I have ever been in a bathroom without a lock on the door.
  7. No chance IMO. His career is way too successful to have his hands tied by that franchise. He'd be mental to go near it. He's far too good for that tiresome shite. really ? his mad max was dreadful , his Bane nearly ruined batman and the less said about his kray Twins the better i can't comment on his acting in Bronson as I switched it off about 30 mins in as it was a pile of poo so you could say so far I'm not a fan Yes, really. Mad Max was imo one of the best action movies of the last decade. Hardy didn't have a great deal of dialogue but he was brilliant in the role. How on earth his Bane 'ruined' Batman is beyond me unless you are talking about the awful sound mix on his voice? apart from that once again it was a role that required expressive physicality more than anything else (which Hardy is more than capable of). Calling Bronson a 'pile of poo' is quite frankly laughable. The only thing I will agree with is re.Legend. His Ronnie was laughably bad. I really hope he doesn't squander his talent by being tethered to a franchise as dull as Bond, but i've always made no secret of the fact that I **** hate James Bond.
  8. Better than Nirvana (If you were there, you know what I mean )
  9. The only time I can ever stomach a Bond movie is when it's a send up/satire. So, Casino Royale / Our Man Flint / Austin Powers all get the massive thumbs up from me. Maybe they should just cast Rowan Atkinson and be done with it
  10. With thanks to Mr.Bunnksi for the recommendation (and the link) Watched this last night: Very good indeed. It's an interesting concept, and for a western has a commendable amount of originality. Great cast, some very well written dialogue (Jenkins character has some very funny dead pan lines) and some utterly vicious scenes of violence. It has barely any music (I counted 2/3 short scenes) but that works to it's advantage as it gives the movie a kind of grounded reality and creates a feeling of desperation. Recommended

  12. He's an excellent young prospect who has had the spotlight shone firmly in his face and has lost his way and his form. Hopefully he'll thrive under a new manager and become the player I believe he's capable of becoming. A spell on the subs bench to take the pressure off him a little and then ease him back into it.
  13. It's going to be so difficult for it to live up to my ridiculously high expectations.
  14. Really enjoyable. In a nutshell, a cross between Friday 13th and the concept of The Last Action Hero. It has a real charm to it, with some great visual touches and it's also tonnes of fun. Recommended
  15. Did this a week or so ago. 66 and all that
  16. It was his first full feature and the studio was incredibly difficult to work with. Suggest watching Wreckage and Rage. I think it might give you a different perspective.
  17. I have only seem him in thee films so think he played the same role in Django and Inglorious but totally different in Carnage. In those two films though I thought he was superb. He was excellent in Carnage. That bloody phone of his
