What a coincidence.
I rewatched that exact movie tonight
If you enjoyed it i can recommended the Green Butchers by the same director.
**edit just saw sne pipped me to the post on the recommendation**
It certainly feels like an eternity since we were considered close rivals.
We seem to have moved in completely different directions. Just goes to show what could have been had the right decisions been made.
Loads.
I don't think I have any digital movies apart from the copies that you get with the Blu ray sometimes, and i've never bothered with them.
I obviously use Amazon Prime and Netflix etc for streaming but I just don't see the point of buying digital copies.
During my VHS days, I had over 3,000 movies
Well, I could probably be regarded as a 'fan boy' (I **** hate that tag btw) but I thought the Warcraft movie was enjoyable enough. Certainly up there with the better adaptations.
It really suffered with poor 'human' characters though. The Orc side of the story was way better done.
If they ever managed to get to the stage where they did a Warcraft movie based around the Arthas / Lich King story I would probably (no definitely) lose my shit
The first Silent Hill movie remains by far my favourite video game adaptation. The story was completely bonkers but the attention to detail from the games (camera angles / art design) that Gans infused was admirable (he's a huge fan of the games so I suppose he wanted to do them at least a little justice).
