OH **** YEAH!!!! Series confirmed!

I don't think you're gonna get into it. The first series was very good, not as good as the second or third but still good. Certainly something I would never, ever describe as 'lame'.

"They can **** that sky high!" Seriously though, Marshall is a good director (The Descent is a horror masterpiece) and I really like David Harbour but those two movies are so intrinsically linked to Perlman and GDT that i'm going to find it hard to watch.

Just finished this week's episode. Really enjoyed it again and the Checkers game was so, so well done.

Think i've mentioned this before, but the first movie I watched on a video recorder was The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. It was around my uncles house with my mom and dad, on an old Betamax toploader. I was 7. No wonder i'm so ****

Still on the 3rd month, I haven't played it for a week or so but i'm going to have a few hours on it over the weekend. It's not the sort of game I can just put half an hour or so into - I always need a good couple of hours to really feel like i've progressed.

Even though i'm very careful with what I watch (a bit of research has saved me countless hours of shite) I still like to watch the odd bad movie here and there just to have a bit of a comparison. I've seen some intolerable crap down the years, certainly way too many to list, but over the last couple of years The Room (not to be mistaken for the superb Room) really stands out in terms of utter unrelenting ineptitude. A friend of mine recommended I should watch it as a reminder that sometimes even the most ludicrous shit can somehow squeeze it's way into the public gaze. It was almost as bad as Little Man. Almost.

As Ken in In Bruges so eloquently put it... "Harry, let's face it. And I'm not being funny. I mean no disrespect, but you're a word removed. Superb first episode of American Gods. Visually incredible too. Looks like they might just have nailed the improbable.
