Because I watched all 3 at the end of 2017 via erm...other means, I'd got it in my head that Shape of Water, 3 Billboards and Ladybird were all 2017 UK releases. Schoolboy error, as they would definitely have been on my list.
I always love these end of year album threads.
There are people on here whose opinion i trust who will always post a few belters that I've missed, so I know the next few days of listening will be interesting.
Similar to the @bickster album thread, no particular order or amount required. Just a UK realise in 2018.
Another great year for movies, and even though it didn't quite reach the level of quality from last year there's still plenty of great movies of all genres to check out.

The guy had an almost supernatural ability to anticipate ball/player movement.
I've never seen anyone come even close to his level since.
He was a phenom.
Yep, it's still pretty damn good now (I rewatch it every couple of years). The scenes with the floating child vampires at the windows were truly the stuff of nightmares and still pretty effective today. I've also always been fond of the sequence involving Geoffrey Lewis (Juliettes dad) and Barney McFadden as they deliver Barlowes coffin. Creepily good
There's also a version starring Rob Lowe, but it's way inferior to Tobe Hoopers original.
