Just back from seeing it. A very entertaining movie with a great concept and some terrific dual performances, but way overhyped and nowhere near the genius of Get Out.

Yep, was a big fan of that one myself. I'm assuming you know it was originally a Japanese series called Gatchaman? Although they had to heavily edit the episodes and make them more kid friendly as Gatchaman was incredibly violent and sweary

Mad Men is comfortably in my top 5 TV shows of all time. Superbly written, brilliantly acted, lovely dialogue and the details of that particular period, and its sense of place is second to none.

Hinckley to your Foster But yeah it's pretty sad that Hogan hasn't been able to regain any of his Brentford form while he was with us. He would have been a very handy alternative during our run-in.

I enjoyed the first one (even though I came to it late) so I'm assuming it's an improvement on that? If so I'll probably pick it up.

It doesn't seem like it's for you to be honest. I was pretty much hooked from the first episode so I would imagine that you're not going to get on with it. Different strokes and all that.

Yep, add me to the list of it's admirers. I'm a fan of Gervais anyway, but this has easily surpassed my expectations. It's a cracking piece of work from all involved.

I can't recall anyone on here saying that Whelan is a spectacular talent. He's a decent pro who has 'done a job' for us. Do we now need better than him to move on? Of course we do, but I don't think he's been quite the failure that some people are making out.
