  1. On my list. Sion Sono is one of my favourite directors. His 'Hate' trilogy is superb.
  2. Outer worlds on PS4. It's absolutely brilliant so far.
  3. Yes I picked up on that in the reviews. The overall size is big, but its cut down into distinctive areas with a slightly more linear narrative than usual open world RPGs. None of that puts me off to be honest because it looks so damned impressive and up my street. Looking forward to putting a few hours into it over the weekend.
  4. Finished Ni No Kuni for the third time the other day and that play through just cemented it's place in my top five games of all time. It's just absolutely sublime. So because I need something new and meaty (kenneth.gif) I've just ordered The Outer Worlds on PS4 for tomorrow. As soon as it was mentioned to be a 'spiritual successor' to Fallout New Vegas it was basically this...
  5. The graphic novel iirc - hence the raining squid scene.
  6. Very interesting (and promising) first episode of Watchmen. Agree with @sne that it doesn't feel like Watchmen yet, but I'd imagine more strands will start to pull together as the story progresses.
  7. Superb actor - one of my favourites.
  8. Little tip for those on there first playthrough (as I assume people who have played before will already be aware) Once you get to Perdida, if you want some seriously massive XP boosts then go and farm the Tokotoko mobs that sometimes hang around just down the hill from the town. You may need to cast the Veil spell as they usually run away before you get to them, but it's worth the effort as they give you around 9k XP each! If there aren't any there, just cast Travel and go back to the gate outside Perdida and walk down the hill again.
  9. Oooooo, what a bastard! He was a sod to train on this playthrough. I reckon it was 6-7 hours of grinding the bugger. He is however, well worth the effort - particularly if you give him the Ear Splitter power.
  10. I wonder if it's anything to do with the 'younger' generation not having much to do with FB these days so it's not worth the effort to maintain? Just a thought.
  11. Very enjoyable first episode of Marianne on Netflix. Suitably creepy atmosphere, with good performances and some really sparse, eerie cinematography to compliment the story. Just make sure you switch off the awful dubbing and watch the subtitled version.
  12. I really enjoyed Titans. Looking forward to s2.
  13. Firepro Wrestling is one of the best I've ever played. Superb.
  14. Watched him last night in El Camino. R.I.P
  15. Oliver - Catastroceros (Dinoceros), Najapatra (Naja), Puss in Boats (Purrloiner). Replace Purrloiner post story with Scrapdragon(Sapdragon) Esther - Grimray (Hooray), Wimpeafowl (Sleepafowl), Wildwood (Lumberwood) Swaine - Bone Baron (Bonehead), Phantasma (Girlfiend), Paleolith (Monolith) Brackets = First form. Grind for the Dinoceros as soon as you can fly. Absolute game changing Familiar. Good luck!
  16. Finally got my perfect Familiar set up today. Took a good few days of grinding but its safe to say I'm now doing ridiculous damage Loved that bit!!!!
  17. Fingers (and all other bits) crossed for you.
  18. Joker is a gnats cock away from being a masterpiece. Seriously superb piece of filmmaking.
  19. Divinity Original Sin 2. Fantastic game. Just a quick look at some of the reviews may convince you (it's been incredibly well reviewed).
  20. I'd forgotten how much the game opens up with the Travel spell. So much easier to get to the different side missions and Bounty Hunts.
  21. Probably a couple of day trips but apart from that it's very much a 'do as little as possible and relax' week. Can't wait
  22. No physical copies until November iirc.
