  1. I finished the last season a few weeks ago. I'd deliberately taken my time as I loved it so much (damn even the theme tune cheers me up) - not gonna lie, the last couple really got me in the feels.
  2. I feel for you if you're taking them on toe-to-toe. I'm keeping my distance and two-shotting the bastards with Fireball like the sneaky bastard I am
  3. I've found that the ramp up in difficulty from NG to NG+ is considerably steeper than any other Souls game.
  4. This weekend it's mostly this and red wine...
  5. Hmmm. Looks decent enough but definitely not at full price. Especially when Genshin Impact does a similar sort of thing but for free.
  6. Well I'm a fair bit older than you so I assume it's the latter
  7. There's not many 'obscure' artists on that list tbh. There's also a good mixture of styles as I never, ever limit myself with genres (why would you when there's so much to be discovered?). I'm kind of amazed you haven't heard of IDLES? And yeah, it is THE Matt Berry - as I've mentioned a shit tonne of times before, he's just a talented bastard no matter what he turns his hands to and his music is no exception.
  8. Also just noticed that Pat Patterson (WWE) had died. Very interesting guy (the first ever openly gay wrestler) and I was only listening to the SCSA Podcast episode with him on last week. Came across as a genuinely nice bloke.
  9. Hugh Keays-Byrne gone at 73. Best known for his roles as Toecutter and Immortan Joe in the Mad Max movie series.
  10. I thought it was excellent (hence it's place on the list) - I watched it on Shudder iirc.
  11. I have to add this one as a late entrant. Having just watched it I can say it's comfortably my film of the year. Absolutely superb in every single aspect.
  12. I discovered 514 new artists and listened to 630 different Genres At least no-one can say I don't explore new music
  13. My plan is to split the Platinum over multi playthroughs. It's incredible so I'm in no rush.
  14. I like both The Pogues and Kirsty MacColl, but that song can get in the **** sea.
  15. I was so embarrassed that my wife caught me playing with my kid's train set that I threw a bedsheet over it. I think I managed to cover my tracks.
  16. I thought you'd be taller.
  17. Yeah, it's a belter. Sadly a 2019 release so couldn't get it on the list.
  18. It's kinda Folk / Pop Mike, so you might enjoy it.
  19. It really is. I actually think it's better than Witchazel and Kill the Wolf now. It's definitely got more than a touch of Dylan to it. Much more reflective and melancholic than his other efforts, which seems to suit the musical style better. Talented git
  20. She only came to my attention recently via those lovely Sleaford Mod boys. She's great.
