One of the reasons I've picked it up is that for my sins, I've never played the first one

Changed my mind, I'm off to pick it up now (good old Neil).

For some reason I had it in my mind that this was also coming out on PS5 - but it doesn't look like that's the case (yet) Not sure about getting it on PS4 tbh - think I'll wait for some reviews to drop.

I would love to sit in a pub, have a pint of Bathams and chat to some of the regular music thread contributers on here. Now that would be a good night.

I've mentioned this a few times on here before, but for the last 6 or 7 years I've listened to a minimum of 3 new albums a week. It's never become a chore because 3 albums isn't much out of a weeks worth of listening and it's lead me down some superbly eclectic paths which have introduced me to bands I'd never heard of and come to love. I love, absolutely bloody love finding a new band or album that really does it for me. Generally couldn't give a toss about genre or what year its from as long as I like it. My other sources of info on new stuff or stuff I might have missed is basically a couple of like minded mates and funnily enough, this place. Music is such a huge, fascinating and entertaining world. I just love it.

I must be the only one that has enjoyed it more the further I've got I think it's good now I've finally become an unstoppable killing machine with upgraded weapons and armour - the City and River Raids really get the blood pumping and I've loved hunting down every one of the Zealots and massacring them. Definitely agree it's not quite up to Origin and Odyssey, and it suffers from limiting your abilities for too long in the first phase of the game, but I still think it's a solid 8/10.

Definitely 9 Ball in The Color of Money (the sequel).

I enjoyed that one actually even though it had it's issues - as for Radcliffe, he's chosen some really interesting and challenging roles since leaving the HP world so fair play to him for that. Thought he was excellent in Pretoria, Kill Your Darlings, Imperium and Woman in Black.

Finished this all in one sitting last night. Can't remember the last time I did that, but such is the brilliance of the show. Roll on S2.

The first film is easily one of the most tonally uneven movies I've seen, and yet I really enjoyed it. Cautiously optimistic from the trailer.

Half way through S1 of Ted Lasso. It's **** joyous. Absolutely love it.

Laughably badly unfortunately. I rewatched it last year after having fond memories of seeing it at the cinema on release. It's atrocious, and yet funnily enough it's still the best thing PWSA has ever directed

Probably my favourite racing game. It's fantastic.

Yeah, it was one of the first times that I realised Harrison Ford was a versatile actor - he treads the line between unlikable and sympathetic very well in that one.

The movie was really good.

FNM have postponed (again) until next year. I know it's probably for the best, but **** me I was looking forward to seeing them again.

Finished S1 of Godfather Of Harlem. Superb stuff. Definitely my favourite series of the year so far. Really looking forward to the next one.

Yes this x 1,000. I'm unlucky enough to suffer from migraines about 3/4 times a year and silent migraines every few weeks. The silent ones I can handle as they usually **** off after about 30 minutes and just leave me feeling slightly nauseous. The full ones though...they absolutely wreck me for at least a day. There is nothing you can do apart from lie in a darkened room and wait it out. **** horrible things.

Mike Patton for me. The guy can do the absolute lot, and do it all incredibly well.

I watched a gameplay video and it put me off tbh. It just looked really, really generic and uninspiring.
