  1. Had a similar thing about ten years ago when I was struggling to pay one of my self employment tax bills (completely my own fault as I hadn't put enough aside) and they offered me the option to pay back over a number of months. Luckily enough the bank of Mom and Dad sorted it for me but the option was definitely offered .
  2. Yeah I'm a big fan of the original. The atmosphere it creates was downright bleak from the start and it just gets darker and darker and as you say Tony Todd is just a **** horror icon.
  3. Wolverhampton's own GodDamn return with lovely slice of scuzzy rock. Noice.
  4. Glad you enjoyed it mate (had a feeling you would) Loved the Giallo feel to it.
  5. Bloody hell Roberto the first time I heard that Colonel Sanders was still a Private
  6. It is isn't it? They've moved it up a gear in terms of songwriting and complexity and still retained the rawness and energy that makes them so bloody good in the first place. Cracking album, cracking band.
  7. Jason Alexander (Seinfeld) in one of my absolute favourite slasher flicks The Burning.
  8. I've probably trotted out this one before but Paddy Considine and Toby Kebbel who played brothers in Dead Man's Shoes both played Rob Gretton in 24Hr Party People and Control respectively.
  9. There's often more intrigue in the pool games anyway. [/meandering thread diversion definitely ends]
  10. Haha! She had more talent in her little finger than the Zutons ever had/will have
  11. Been listening to the Metallica covers album most of the day now (broke off to listen the new Amyl and the Sniffers) and tbh it's much better than I thought it would be. Some really nice takes on some of the songs.
  12. I'm probably biased as I'm a huge IDLES fan, but this is my favourite one so far:
  13. Excellent psychological horror drama from Austria. Recommend going in completely blind to get the most out of it.
  14. Ah see, I knew the meme but had no idea it was Drake.
  15. Yeah, similar circumstances but the main difference is that it was bad financial management and the established stars (**cough** Hogan **cough**) burying the talent via storylines that lead to WCW's demise, whereas it seems like the lack of creativity, PG outlook and the stranglehold that VKM has over the writing that seems to damage WWE the most. On a side note, I can't believe all the WWE promos are fully scripted these days - that can't be healthy can it?
  16. One of my favourite cult classics Class of 1984... You may recognise the young fella on the right *Credited as Michael Fox at the time.
  17. See also, Laurence Fishburne in Death Wish 2
