And you're quibbling over paying it? Wow, what a big club you are.
And when you do eventally have him and a top 6 club suddenly needs a manager, enjoy looking over your shoulder.
This is from the "replacing the horse(Holt)" thread on their forums.
I think losing their best manager and striker they have had for a few years has pushed them over the edge. There is hope for Heskey yet.
Why do people keep saying this? 17 goals last season was it? How many goals did our highest scorer have?
Because 1. he'd be the new Heskey and 2. It shows a complete lack of imagination and forward-thinking on the part of the new manager
You are talking rubbish. How many goals did Heskey have last season? 1. 16 less than the apparent "new Heskey" you speak about. Please forgive me for saying i wouldn't mind someone that actually scores goals.
From what i see he's not really an "insider" Martinez said he's staying at Wigan Rodgers going to Liverpool. It's not really that hard to guess who we might go for.
edit: just realized I'm 13 hours late. How come nobody else picked up on this?
We did, last night when it was posted. The news isn't true though, so nobody took it any further.
Few sky sports news presenters sounding it out now.

So sounds like PL is off. Gt shame but sadly inevitable. When the dust settles I'll remember him as the manager who helped pull #NCFC >

back from the brink & gave us three unforgettable seasons. I wish him well - but not too well. #OTBC @NorwichCityFC
From what i can see, no. I seen the "Villa will approach PL in within the next 24 hours" on sky sports website, but i can't find anything backing that up.

Why would he retweet that? Does he know it's true or?
