QPR at home season before last (3-2) was pretty sick. Near the end of the season when we started winning games and got us hyped for a season after that turned out to be shit.
Took a UTD fan mate of mine and he **** loved it, said he'd not experienced anything like it at OT.
And those Guzan saves... Oh my
This.
Sometimes you have to protect young talent like that, not throw em into a match where we're being pumped, get the shit kicked out of him then booed off the pitch with the rest of the team.
I trust Keano, Lambert and Cowans to make the right decision.
Kept a close eye on him at QPR and he was off his seat a hell of a lot, especially when the midfield lads **** up he was going mental.
Also had a rant at the fourth official when we'd had a bad decision against down the wing.
So yes, he has been off his seat a lot.
I think it used to be Dave Kitson.
But I've always got the impression that it's now more of a composite character. So they get input from various players and put it all together as one "footballer".
100% used to be Kitson as I know someone who dealt with him.
The composite idea seems logical now too.
I'm hoping getting Karsa and Culverhouse out may help the squad, if they created as "poisonous" atmosphere as the press are saying it could be the lift the players need.
Get them out first and see what happens!
Whatever happens Lambert has to stay until the seasons over.
Arsenal have an incredible away record.
They may have sat back but don't take anything away from the lads.
Shite in the first but they showed some fight. Let's hope they come away feeling positive as god knows we need it over the next few weeks.
