    Yeah important we don't concede early again (or at all ideally) in an away game and give them anything to hold on to. I know we are without Dougie and Digne but they are without far more. So really need to be winning this to be looking like we are the real deal for a top 4 place.

    Champions! Even the injuries couldn't stop us Did nearly mess it up by not being able to beat any of Bournemouth, Brentford or Brighton towards the end of the season but got over the line with a 2-1 win at Fulham on the final day. Man City lost anyway making it a little more comfortable.

    I'm top of the league with Villa in February in the first season.. so of course the game has injured Martinez, Luiz and Watkins for a significant amount of time now.

    Going with this metaphor, as I see it Man Utd and Newcastle have punctured the life raft and will be attempting to steal our ship along with Spurs. Hopefully we can fend them off

    Not trying to be negative but it is a fact that we will be playing European matches in the 2nd half of the season while other teams who could be a threat will be getting more rest. And it would be nice just to have the cushion of 5th place being a CL spot. I'm not especially concerned about Man Utd, however I do think it would be foolish to write off Spurs who are only 5 points behind. I'm still backing us to get a CL spot but just not counting any chickens yet.
